A Russian commemorative biscuit porcelain plaque created as a celebration of the tercentenary of the House of Romanov, moulded with bas-relief portraits of Tsars Mikhail Fyodorovich, the founder of the Romanov dynasty, and Nicholas II, the top centre shows Monomakh’s cap flanked by the dates 1613 and 1913 above the central monogram “MN” and the Imperial double-headed eagle beneath, the border with oak and laurel leaves.
