A very unusual and rare silver rectangular reeded cigarette box with slightly rounded corners and a cabochon sapphire thumbpiece. The case consists of five hinged parts for cigarettes. The gilt interior stamped on all parts K.Faberge in Cyrillic with an imperial warrant, 84 – Russian silver standard, Moscow, 1896-1908.
