A gold parasol handle of tapering shape, overall enamelled in burgundy red over a guilloché ground, the top set with a gold double-headed eagle and encircled by a chased gold bezel, the lower edge applied with a two-colour gold laurel band, the upper edge with a gold reeded rim.
