A triangular silver-gilt pill box with a hinged lid, the cover and three side panels decorated with translucent light-pink enamel over a sunburst wavy guilloché ground. The lid and the sides of the box are applied with stylised silver anthemia emerging from lotus flowers. The centre of the lid is set with a sapphire cabochon. Fully marked on the bottom and on the inner surface of the lid.
