Gold and guilloché enamel brooch mounted with a faceted oval purplish-pink topaz in a rose-cut diamond bezel, bordered with seed pearls; applied with two laurel swags suspended from tied ribbons, set with, respectively, a circular diamond and numerous smaller rose-cut diamonds.
